For years, I was focused on business, growth, hustle.
But I realized something:
Without ENERGY, everything else collapses.
Now, at almost 60, I’ve made a radical shift:
✅ Walking 10K+ steps daily
✅ 150+ push-ups consistently
✅ Pull-ups. Squats. Stretching. Breathing.
✅ Eating cleaner. Sleeping smarter. Thinking clearer.
And you know what?
It’s not about getting ripped.
It’s about being ready.
Physically. Mentally. Spiritually.
