This X2.5 is all about MINDSET.
What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
That question changed my life 10 years ago.

Yesterday I started my second 21-day sprint.
Remember the video of the 6 small habits that can change your life in 21 days by Huberman Lab?

I’m also focusing on OUTCOMES
4 blocks of 6 hours each day = living 3 workdays in 1.

This weekend I stood in La Gran Tenochtitlán — present-day Mexico City, once the heart of the Aztec empire.
Built on a lake. Engineered with brilliance.
Then rebuilt after conquest — into something new.

And that’s exactly what personal growth feels like:

A collapse. A choice. A rebuild...
With urgency to accelerate personal development.

Jim Rohn said it best in this video:

“If you want things to change… YOU have to change.
If you want things to get better… YOU have to get better.”

The key word to your transformation is YOU!!!

💡 That’s what I’m doing right now.

I’m 59 — and I just met Hugo Belman, one of my key leaders, in person after years of Zoom calls.
Not only did I meet him — I also had the honor of meeting his wife, Noemi Arroyo, who’s stepping into the role of Managing Director.
Together they are a power couple — proof that alignment and partnership multiply momentum.

I also connected with other members of what I now call my dream TAIM — my TEAM enhanced by AI.
Each of them is being challenged to leverage AI in their roles.

Here’s the big lesson from this week:

💥 External breakthroughs follow internal shifts.
💥 You don’t wait to feel ready — you decide to be ready.
💥 Growth doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens by ownership, in your daily rituals and HABITS, when no one’s watching.

I’m not just chasing goals —
I’m changing the version of me that shows up to achieve them.

And if I can do this at 59, with a full heart, fire in my gut, and a vision to share what I’ve learned…
What about you?
What is the life you want?
What price are you willing to INVEST to get it?

This is YOUR Gran Tenochtitlán moment.
Time to tear down excuses and build the future.

Let’s grow together 🌍
