✔️ 3 games of Pickleball
✔️ 2 meetings with CEOs

(I’m not bragging — just saying: my marketing is starting to pay off AND God is opening doors...)

🧠 Tony Robbins reminds us:

“The only thing that’s keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself.”

So let’s change the story.

This is my challenge:
To become the version of myself that the future demands.
In my prayer time this morning, I thanked God for helping me get there...
I CAN SEE IT!!!

⏳ The world won’t wait for you to be ready.
Reinvention doesn’t come with instructions.
Each process is different — but one thing is for sure:

YOU have to put in the work and get out there. Ask for help and network.

💬 I also spoke with a great Salesguy in transition (and let’s be honest, we ALL are).
Here’s the summary of what I told him:

  • Follow Jeff Su — GREAT ADVICE on AI, job search strategies, and getting organized.
  • Learn as much as you can about AI (it doesn’t matter what your position is — AI is a competitive advantage if you can demonstrate that you know how to use it).
  • Send me your resume and I’ll keep an eye out for you.

I ended the conversation with:

“Good luck — and this too shall pass.”
I know, because I’ve been there MANY times — and God is never late.

I told him:

“I’m the KING of transition.”
(Not proud of it — but now I can share my experience.)

We often want the results of change without the identity shift required to sustain it.

If you can learn to leverage AI as your teammate,
your job and your transition will get a lot easier.

💡 Here’s the secret:

Every reinvention is an INSIDE job. (Read that again.)
Your mindset must change before your circumstances do.

🧠 Today’s Mindset Shift:

  • Decide what you want — have clarity.
  • Stop waiting for permission — BELIEVE in yourself.
    You are not alone!
  • Start acting like the person you want to become.

For me?
Maybe the Zig Ziglar for Mexico and LATAM??? 🙏

I said:
