WHY do we set goals?

We set goals to become the person we’re meant to be...
the better version of ourselves.
And the way to achieve them is with daily DISCIPLINE — establishing atomic habits.
Start small… and then stack on top of those tiny habits.


The GOAL is to create a life that aligns with our faith, our values, and our impact.
Ten years ago, this vision — having the freedom to work from anywhere and being my own boss — was just a dream.
Now, by the grace of God, after learning from multiple mistakes and just moving forward…
sometimes God showed up big when I thought I wouldn’t make it.


That’s the reason behind this sprint:
To help you with the how.
I’m soon to be 60 — and I continue to fight for my dreams.
It’s never too late — and I’m sharing my journey.

I’m not just building systems or stacking habits...
I’m building a life that inspires others to do the same.
TO NEVER GIVE UP.

This isn’t about motivation. It’s about meaning.


🌟 That’s my WHY:

  • To live fully.
  • To love my family and love what I do — to serve my clients and grow with my team.
  • To lead boldly, so that others know they can too.

🎯 Most people don’t fail from lack of ambition; they fail because they quit.

They set vague goals that don’t inspire them:

  • “I want to lose weight”
  • “I want to grow my business”
  • “I want to learn AI”

But real goals are different.
They’re emotional.
They’re S.M.A.R.T.
They light a FIRE.


🔥 My WHY-backed goals:

  • 🎤 Deliver a TED Talk by June 2026 — to show what happens when you compress 4 years into 1.
    (Yesterday a friend told me she’d help with what she’s learned by coaching others — thank you, Catalina Valenzuela!)
  • 🌎 Launch AI education across Mexico and LATAM — because transformation multiplies.

🧠 Today’s Breakthrough:

When your WHY is strong enough…
You’ll find the discipline, the team, and the path.
Your goals stop being pressure — and become PURPOSE.
