Most people feel stuck — not because they’re lazy, but because they’re unclear.
Yesterday someone approached me and said:

“You are promoting Salesforce, and you are not promoting Java.”
To which I replied,
“What makes you so unique that I can promote you?”
His answer:
“Nothing.”

It broke my heart. But it also taught me a lesson for my future interviews...
If you don't know what makes you UNIQUE, it will be much harder to find your ideal job — because you will take whatever you can get.
(Been there, done that. You have to pay the bills. I KNOW.)

I used to ask myself: “What do you really want?”

TODAY I am asking myself:

“What is the next step I can take to move in the direction of my dreams?”

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.

For the past 15 days, I’ve been reinventing publicly — and here’s what I’ve discovered:

If you want a breakthrough…
Stop asking “how” and start asking “what.”

🎯 What do you want to create?
💥 What do you want to FEEL?
🌱 What kind of person do you HAVE TO become to achieve that?

I’ve been doing a lot of work on the INSIDE as well.
Once you clarify the “what,” the “how” will chase you down.

🧠 Today’s Breakthrough:
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You need clear direction AND ACTION.
(My wife says: “The power of positive doing.”)

In your career.
In your relationships.
In your business.
In your TRANSITION.

Grab a journal and finish this sentence:

“I am no longer available for ________, because I am becoming the kind of person who ________.”

This will give you more clarity in 2 minutes than most people get in a year of overthinking.
And I am applying this myself as well. PROTECT your TIME!

AI can help you brainstorm, plan, and accelerate —
but it can’t make the decision for you.
That’s your job.
